Hanson Professional Services, Inc. and Parsons Transportation Group

A consultant team led by Hanson Professional Services, Inc. and Parsons Transportation Group conducted the Chicago to St. Louis Tier 1 EIS. Hanson Professional Services, Inc. is responsible for design engineering, project coordination, and management. Parsons Transportation Group is responsible for environmental work, including assessing environmental impacts and developing mitigation concepts. Other team members include ABNA (data collection), Third Rock (wetlands and natural and water quality review), and Vector Communications and Beaman Public Relations, Inc. (Public Involvement).
