The Project Study Area is approximately five square miles between Granite City, Illinois and the St. Louis Gateway Station in St. Louis, Missouri and includes two 1,000-foot rail corridors (MacArthur Bridge crossing and Merchants Bridge crossing) and two 500-foot roadway corridors (Niedringhaus and Bissell Avenues).
